      Cancellation Policy

      Most transfer companies on FX-Port offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This provides flexibility if travel plans change. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges depending on the provider.

        Searching for Transfers

        Navigate to the Transfers section in your FX-Port dashboard to search for airport ground transportation. Use the search form to specify your route, dates, and passenger count.

        The transfer search form allows you to specify the following:

          After searching, FX-Port displays available transfer options sorted by price. Each listing shows essential information to help you compare and select the right option.

            Refine your search results using the available filters:

              Selecting Vehicles

              For round-trip transfers, FX-Port allows you to select different vehicles for outbound and return journeys. This flexibility ensures you have the appropriate vehicle for each leg of the trip.

              Outbound Journey

              Select your preferred vehicle for the first leg of the journey. Review the vehicle specifications including type, capacity, luggage allowance, and pricing.

              Return Journey

              After selecting the outbound vehicle, you'll be presented with options for the return journey. You can select the same vehicle type or a different option based on the number of returning passengers, luggage needs, or customer preferences.

              When to Choose Different Vehicles:

                Making the Booking

                After selecting your vehicles, proceed to the booking form where you'll enter traveler details and flight information critical for smooth airport coordination.

                Step 1: Enter Passenger Details

                Enter the primary passenger details for driver identification and communication:

                Required Information:

                  Use Traveler Contact Information Only

                  You must provide the traveler's phone number and email address, not your agency's contact details. The driver and transfer company need to contact the actual traveler directly for pickup coordination, delays, or emergencies.

                  Step 2: Enter Flight Information

                  Flight numbers are essential for airport transfers. They help drivers track arrivals and adjust for delays or early arrivals.

                    Timing Recommendation

                    For airport drop-offs, book the transfer 2-3 hours before flight departure. This provides buffer time for traffic delays and airport procedures.

                    Step 3: Review and Confirm

                    Before final submission, review all booking details:

                      Complete payment using your available account balance. Once confirmed, you'll receive an immediate booking confirmation with a downloadable receipt.

                        Step 2: Company Acceptance (Within Hours)

                        After your booking is confirmed, the transfer company reviews and accepts the reservation. This typically happens within a few hours. Once accepted:

                          What Your Customer Receives:

                          Once the transfer company accepts, your traveler automatically receives an email with the complete voucher, including driver details, vehicle information, license plate number, and pickup instructions.

                          Managing Your Bookings

                          The Bookings section provides complete management and visibility into all your airport transfer reservations.

                          Viewing Booking Details

                          From the Bookings dashboard, you can:

                            Modifications and Cancellations

                            Before Company Acceptance:

                            You may be able to modify certain booking details or cancel with no fees. Contact FX-Port support for assistance with changes.

                            After Company Acceptance:

                            Modifications depend on the transfer company's flexibility. Some companies allow changes to pickup time or location up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.
